1. What information is needed in order to receive a price offer?

The more information we receive the more accurate the offer is.

So please provide the following:

• dimensions (thickness, width, length),
• quantities (preferably in m3),
• type of product (laminated scantlings, sawn timber, boards),
• type of joints (finger jointing, no joints),
• type of grain (semi-vertical, flat),
• other requirements (cutting to length, planing after gluing),
• it is beneficial to attach a sketch.

2. How can I place the order?

The order can be placed in 2 ways:
- electronically by e-mail,
- personally in our office in Nowe Bielice 35A.

3. What is the lead time?

The lead time depends on several factors (type of product, availability of timber stock, time of the year) so it is always agreed individually for every order. Standard orders are produced within approx. 4 weeks, non-standard within approx. 9 weeks.

4. Are there any minimum order quantities?

Yes, they are specified for every product type on our website and you can always ask our Sales Department. It is advisable to place full load orders for approx. 40m3 due to the lowest cost of transportation.

5. When is the order being produced?

After placing the formal order our representative contacts you to confirm the specification and terms of the order.

6. Does Drewexim offer transportation?

Yes, we arrange transportation for our clients domestically or abroad incl. sea transportation. The cost depends on the quantities of the order and location of the recipient. Please ask our Sales Department for the exact costing.

7. Does anyone at Drewexim speak any foreign language?

Yes, we speak English.

8. What guarantee do I have that the timber comes from legal source?

Drewexim purchases the logs only from legal and reliable sources, mostly from the Polish National Forests. Therefore, our products are 100% PEFC certified.
